This option is for customers wishing to place a new bespoke order for a commissoned piece. This will be a deposit against the full finished price and payable when ordering
Our utmost care is taken to ensure your product arrives in the same condition it leaves our premises. In the unfortunate situation where an item arrives damaged, or develops a fault within the first 30 days, a replacement will be commissioned and dispatched on return of your original item. Alternatively, a refund will be issued against faulty manufactured products on return of your original item, however we cannot replace or repair an item damaged by wear and tear or misuse. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
The seller will be contacted in each situation and will liaise with you for any issues and refund which is their responsibility to reimburse.
Our Lead time for making all your bespoke orders is 2 weeks. These will then be dispatched by secure, insured courier with a delivery time of 2-3 days. All delivery can be tracked, and details will be sent to you when the order is dispatched. Our products are packaged in Double Ply premium Recycled boxes and the internal bubble wrap is also recycled. We take pride in making sure your product arrives is the best condition, at the same time of protecting the environment.
